As the UX lead for Aylo, I orchestrated a research backed strategy aimed at enhancing the user experience across various products. This involved overseeing a diverse range of tasks throughout the product life cycle, from initial research and ideation to design implementation and ongoing optimization.

Research formed the foundation of my approach, with a dedicated team of UX Researchers conducting comprehensive analyses of user behaviour, preferences, and pain points. Through a blend of quantitative data analysis and qualitative user interviews, we gained invaluable insights into user motivations, guiding our design decisions and strategic direction.

Collaborating closely with talented Product Designers, my team and I translated research findings into visually appealing interfaces that prioritize clarity, ease of use, and engagement. Leveraging principles of user-centered design and interactive prototyping, we crafted seamless omnichannel user journeys. Whether refining website layouts, optimizing mobile app navigation, or enhancing desktop client interfaces, our goal was always to create an immersive and enjoyable experience for our users.

Effective project management was essential to the successful execution of the many initiatives I undertook whilst managing at Aylo. I oversaw long-term project scheduling, resource allocation, and executive stakeholder communication, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team. This ensured that projects were delivered on time and within budget, consistently exceeding expectations.

Hands-on involvement in usability testing allowed me to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. By soliciting feedback from real users and iterating designs based on their insights, my team was able to continuously refine and optimize the user experience.

Throughout my tenure, I championed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving transformative success not only within the UX team but across the entire organization. By standardizing systems and procedures and influencing Aylo’s overall operations, I helped the company maintain its position as a leader in the adult entertainment industry, setting new benchmarks for usability, engagement, and profitability.
